Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your product at highglowcandles@gmail.com . After this notification, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will be refunded the full order amount including shipping. The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. Consult the rates with your carrier for these costs.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will have to be returned to us with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging (High Glow Candles / Vijverstraat 22 9620 Zottegem). The candle must not have been used yet.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that we have received the product back in its original condition.

If the returned product is in some way reduced in value, we reserve the right to deduct compensation from the amount to be refunded.

Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the delivery methods published on the website will not be refunded.

EXCEPTION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Products that are manufactured according to the customer's chosen specifications, which are not offered as standard options on this webshop, are exempt from the right of withdrawal. The sale is therefore final after successful payment.
