Shipping policy

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Since our products are made to order, they are shipped within 6 working days after payment has been received. This period may take longer in any holiday periods, but this will be clearly stated on the website in that case.

If the ordered product is not in stock, the delivery of your order may take a little longer. In that case we will always contact you.

The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

Shipping to Belgium:

€ 5.70 for orders under € 70

Free for orders from € 70

Free for orders in delivery Zottegem (zip code 9620)

Shipping to the Netherlands:

€ 9.60 for orders under € 85

Free for orders from € 85

Please contact us at highglowcandles@gmail.com if you would like a delivery to a country other than Belgium or the Netherlands. Then we look at the options and costs.

Delivery takes place via a parcel deliverer from BPost or Post NL (or possibly another delivery service if delivery to another country). After shipment you will receive a track & trace code in which you can follow the order and get an indication of the delivery date.

Orders in Zottegem (zip code 9620) are delivered personally. As a result, you will not receive a track & trace code. We will, however, keep you informed of the delivery date by email.

If you have made a mistake in the delivery address, you can contact us as soon as possible at highglowcandles@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can still adjust this.
